NAHMA published a NAHMAnalysis, Current and Expected Rent Shortfalls and Potential Evictions in the United States. As the economic fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic continues, and with no additional federal emergency relief provided by Congress, it seems unlikely that low-income families will recover any stability before the CDC’s eviction moratorium ends on December 31, 2020. The NAHMAnalysis is available here.
