This is a 2019 update. This covers the additional guidance HUD issued in June of 2017 which was extensive, also information on the new yet-to-be-issued VAWA forms, and the changes needed to their emergency transfer forms if they used the Model form issued by HUD in 2016.
VAWA expired in December and renewal legislation is pending. New protections are included in HR 6545 – the proposed reauthorization bill.
