Understanding TRACS - POSTPONED

This session is geared for members of the multi-family section 8 program.  The presentation will focus on the following topics:

  • TRACS  Quick-Step Overview- This topic is designed to give the audience a quick reference guide on how to view TRACS and narrow down the tenant’s that may be causing an issue with their TRACS compliance. Also, how to view the voucher messages received and possible corrective actions needed to get to a paid status.
  • TRACS, Your CA and You- This topic is designed to bridge the gap in understanding on how to resolve TRACS issues when you have a CA. The process may vary but some Best Practices will be discussed on how to effectively work with your CA and resolve TRACS issues related to voucher payments and tenant discrepancies.
  • 203A- Update if available. Currently this process is on hold. I can mention the potential schedule released when the forms get approved by OMB. I will reference where the latest material can be located.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be sent to MAHMA in writing at least five business days prior to the event.  Substitutions are accepted.  No shows will be billed.
