HUD invites you to participate in two different events related to the Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program on Tuesday, April 24.
1. Webcast on Mixed Finance Proposed Rule for the Section 202 and Section 811 Programs
The first event is a webcast on the Proposed Mixed Finance Proposed Rule for Section 202 and Section 811 (FR-5167). The proposed agenda is as follows:
· Introduction: Marie Head, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Multifamily Housing Programs
· Presenters: Aretha Williams, Division Director, Shalonda Lincoln, Housing Program Manager, Chung-Liu (Andrew) Lee, OGC, Office of Multifamily Housing Programs

The webcast will take place from 2:00-3:00 pm EDT on Tuesday April 24. It will also be made available as an archived video to watch at your convenience. There is no need to RSVP.
2. Convening on the Future of the Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program
The second event is a convening of stakeholders to discuss the future of the Section 202 program. The Convening will take place from 3:30-5:00 at HUD Headquarters in Washington, DC. A conference line will be available for participants who cannot attend in person.
