On Thursday 7/19 and Friday 7/20 from 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST each day, HUD will be presenting a webcast of its popular “partners in housing” preservation training series (slightly abridged for web format) that it has been holding nationwide over the last few months. The webcast will be available here: http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/webcasts/schedule
This is a free workshop that explores preservation issues owners of multifamily housing properties are facing and provides O/As with the latest information on available programs and resources O/As can leverage to sustain their property.
This training is designed for owners of properties with HUD mortgages and/or rental assistance. Senior level executive management company staff charged with asset management of HUD multifamily properties are also welcome. The training will focus on properties with HUD insured or Direct loans (including Section 236, Section 221(d)(3) and Section 202 properties) and/or project-based rental assistance (Section 8 and/or Rent Supplement or RAP assistance).
During these webcasts, HUD will offer seven discrete lessons so participants can either watch the whole webcast or may watch just the topics they choose. The full schedule for the webcast is as follows:

Day Two
