Participants will: \n\nUnderstand the stages of escalation and how to intervene appropriately.\nLearn proactive approaches to create a culture of safety and trust.\nPractice de-escalation skills through real-world scenarios.\nExplore how to set clear expectations with residents and colleagues in high-stress situations.\nDevelop a step-by-step framework to use during future conflicts.\n\nThe training draws on best practices in crisis management\, trauma-informed care\, and effective communication. It includes discussion\, reflection\, and scenario-based learning to ensure participants walk away with tangible tools they can apply immediately. \nCancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing five business days in advance.  No shows will be billed.  Substitutes accepted.
