And There’s More

Community of Quality Program For MAHMA Members

This program is designed to create, maintain and honor quality affordable housing communities. Community of Quality standards combine professional management, maintenance excellence and access to community services to produce anti-drug and anti-crime communities. Annually, NAHMA awards communities, managed or owned by a member company, for creating and maintaining a community that offers a higher quality of living for the residents. We also sponsor a poster contest, during which community youth design posters that display positive, anti-drug messages.
