HUD has extended the period for public comment on a draft contract solicitation (also attached) for future HAP contract support services (Formerly known as Performance-Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) Program).
Members can also submit their feedback individually to HAPSS@hud.gov by September 28, 2022.
