The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) looks forward to welcoming members and other industry partners to its Biannual Top Issues in Affordable Housing March 2026 conference at the Fairmont Washington in Washington, D.C. The multiday event, Tuesday, March 24-Thursday, March 26, will feature panels focusing on the issues facing affordable housing practitioners and on educational topics for navigating today’s world, led by experts in their fields. The annual meeting features several educational panels specifically for the affordable housing industry. Invited guests include representatives from the Housing and Urban Development and Agriculture departments, among others. Panels featuring government officials and other special guests are not open to the media and may not be recorded. Event registration includes admission to all sessions and committee meetings unless noted as “closed event,” the Communities of Quality Awards luncheon, and the AHMA and Industry Awards ceremony. Both awards celebrations take place on Wednesday, March 25.

As the event date approaches, attendees will be able to download the official meeting app, which provides access to the full conference schedule, speaker bios and photos, sponsor information, attendee list, meeting materials, and more.
