The Agency launches the pilot to preserve and produce affordable rural rental housing. The pilot streamlines property transfers, reduces duplicate paperwork, and preserves rural affordable housing stock.
The pilot advances the Trump-Vance Administration's broader deregulation agenda by removing unnecessary steps and improving government efficiency.
The pilot takes effect 14 days after the publication in the Federal Register. The pilot is available here.
