Track 1:
9:00 – 10:30 – On-site Safety – Julie Harmon, IMPACT
        Learn basic safety and awareness skills for on-site staff when        dealing with residents, visitors, colleagues and others.  
10:45 – 12:15 – General Session: Fair Housing – William Willis, Willis Law
        Learn the basics and new updates regarding Fair Housing Laws for all affordable housing professionals.  
12:15 – 1:45 – Lunch & Keynote: Roy Hall, Jr.
        Roy Hall Jr. uses his experience and principles learned as a professional athlete to inspire and empower.  Master mental toughness and perform at an elite level despite workplace challenges like: low motivation and disengagement, adapting to change, communication, and finding purpose. Roy also provides strategies for overcoming secondary workplace snags like overwhelming workloads, co-worker conflict, uncertainty, and fear of failure.
1:45 – 2:45 – Customer Service for Leasing – Megan Orser, Smart Apartment Solutions
       Learn how customer service can play a roll in leasing.  Tips and tricks for providing excellent service and make your communities a welcome place to live and work.  
3:00 – 4:00 – Eviction Prevention – William Willis, Willis Law
         Learn legal steps you can take to help prevent costly evictions and avoid legal proceedings.    

Track 2:
9:00 – 10:30 – Flooring & Drywall Repair – Sherwin Williams Paint Company
        Learn the basics for repairs you can tackle on their own, tips and tricks to prolong repairs and the life of the floors or coverings. How to work with budgets are often limited or fixed.

        Learn how a multimeter can be one of your most valuable tools.  Even if you know the basics you’ll find it can do so much more and this underutilized device can be a multifaceted problem solver.  
3:00 – 4:00 – Customer Service for Maintenance – Megan Orser, Smart Apartment Solutions
        Maintenance is often the most forward facing representative of your community.  They can make or break resident experiences and customer service can be an afterthought.  Tips and tricks for providing excellent service on maintenance calls and around the community.
