In these times of rapid change, there is one thing you can count on. The multiday NAHMA Biannual Top Issues in Affordable Housing conference, Wednesday, March 19-Friday, March 21, in Washington, D.C., will highlight panels concentrating on affordable housing practitioners’ issues and educational topics for navigating today’s world led by experts in their fields. Register to attend the meeting today. Hotel room reservations are separate from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) meeting registration.

The annual meeting features several educational panels geared explicitly toward the affordable housing industry. Invited guests include representatives from the Housing and Urban Development and Agriculture departments and more. Panels containing government officials and other special guests are not open to the media and may not be recorded. Event registration includes admission to all sessions and open committee meetings, the Communities of Quality Awards luncheon and panel discussion, and the Industry Awards ceremony. Both awards celebrations take place on Thursday, March 20.

The special sessions include panels discussing operational issues related to managing supportive and senior housing and multipurpose inspection compliance, demystifying AI, passive housing design, and an industry outlook.

The preliminary agenda is available on the Meetings webpage. The NAHMA meeting is made possible by Platinum sponsors RealPage and ResMan.
