Renewal Options for Preservation – In order to fully maximize a property’s rent potential, it is critical for an owner to understand their HAP contract and the renewal Option it is under. This 90-minute session will discuss the six renewal options available for owners of HAP contracts. Each option will be discussed in detail with analysis of the pros and cons of each option, as well as discussion of Chapter 15 transactions, and how a Use Agreement can affect your renewal options.
