The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development’s Office of Multifamily Housing (MFH) has corrected the technical issue within the MINC system which caused a disruption with the acceptance of tenant certifications and recertifications. The resolution allowed a significant number of pending certifications to process. However, manual processing will be required on a very small quantity of transactions. The manual processing requirements are a top priority and should be completed in the very near future.
Multifamily Housing continues to advise borrowers and management agents to submit information through MINC as normal.
