HUD recently published a notice in the Federal Register, seeking public comment on the forms associated with Section 8 contract renewals. The notice contains a new, standardized HAP assignment form that HUD is proposing to adopt. HUD is seeking member input on the use of the new form that will be required for the full assignment of a HAP contract, along with other forms associated with the information collection request.
Comments can be submitted to HUD by February 6, 2023.
