HUD announced that as of October 2022, PHAs and their partners have used RAD to generate over $15 billion for construction investments to improve and replace public housing properties since the program’s inception in 2013. HUD has provided a flyer (also attached) that celebrates what PHAs have been able to accomplish with and for residents and their communities, and that highlights some of the accomplishments of RAD as told both through the numbers and from the resident experience.
